Members are awarded points by presenting their card whenever purchases are made – at the box office and concession stand, online sales can be credited by entering card number on the payment screen (coming soon to the automated phone line and self service kiosks). Currently sales made on Movietickets.com, by the automated phone line and by self service kiosks can be credited by presenting card and ticket stubs at the concierge desk on day of show only.

Each member will be signed up for the Emagine or Cinema Hollywood email newsletter that is sent weekly.

Current rewards are:
- One free combo for every $50 spent on concession items
- One free ticket for every $100 spent on tickets
- Cinema Hollywood Rewards gives a free ticket at $65 spent.
(Note: due to contractual obligations with film studios this pass is restricted to titles 14 days and older)
All rewards are kept electronically so there will be no printed coupons that can be lost.
