Phillip and his mother Cyndi, the real-life people that inspired the film, share how the foundation PHILLIP’S WISH was started when Phillip was 7 years old and what the foundation is still doing today. What began as 400 blankets collected, grew over a few years to over 20,000 blankets along with hundreds of hats, scarves, gloves, sleeping bags, toiletries, and thousands of toys for those in need. Phillip’s Wish, that no one would be cold or uncared for… became a reality.
