*Refunds here are only for tickets purchased via a credit card on our website and are only valid when made more than 2 hours in advance of movie start time. These requests are only valid for purchases made via a credit card and without Free Loyalty, Platinum tickets, or a Gift Card.

Refunds for tickets purchased with a credit card for a movie within 2 hours of its start time must be done in-person.

Refunds for tickets purchased on our Mobile App via a credit card made more than 2 hours in advance of movie start time are available in our Mobile App. Please go to your Purchase History, find the transaction you wish to cancel and select View Receipt. At the bottom of the receipt select Cancel Booking and confirm your cancelation.

For tickets purchased on Fandango, Atom, and other third-party sites, please visit the third party’s website to complete your refund.  For all other refund situations, please visit Refund Opportunities on our General FAQs page here. Ticket selection cannot be altered after purchase. Please note that the Booking ID must be all UPPER CASE.
