Refund Policy

Online or App Purchases

  • Credit-card ticket purchases on our website or mobile app can be refunded only if requested more than 1 hour before showtime.
  • In the website, process the refund through the below utility.
  • In the mobile app, go to Purchase History → View Receipt → Cancel Booking to process the refund.

In-Person Only

  • Tickets paid with Emagine Cash, Passes, Platinum Tickets, or Gift Cards must be refunded at the box office before showtime.
  • Attempts to refund these items online will not process.

Within 1 Hour of Showtime

  • Credit-card purchases made less than 1 hour before showtime are not refundable online.
  • You may visit the theater within 24 hours of the show’s start to receive a pass for each ticket.

Third-Party Purchases

  • For tickets bought through Fandango, Atom, or other third parties, request refunds directly on their websites.

Notes

  • Ticket selections cannot be changed after purchase.
  • Booking ID must be entered in ALL CAPS.
