PROJECT HAIL MARY – “SEARCH FOR THE STARS” SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sweepstakes Entry Period. The “Sweepstakes Entry Period” begins at 12:00:01 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 26th, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. ET on March 16th, 2026.

2. PROJECT HAIL MARY – “Search for the Stars” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal U.S. residents residing in one of the 48 contiguous United States, excluding Rhode Island and the District of Columbia (“Eligibility Area”), who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Without limitation, Emagine Basic Extras and Platinum members are eligible to participate. Void outside the Eligibility Area (including Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. military installations in foreign countries) and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, agents and representatives and their immediate families or members of their household (i.e., spouse, partner, parents, children, siblings, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents and grandchildren, regardless of where they live) of Amazon Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. (“Sponsor”), Amazon Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. (“Studio”), Element London Limited (“Prize Partner”), Emagine Entertainment Inc. (“Sweepstakes Administrator”) and each of their respective partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, divisions and advertising, promotion, public relations agencies (collectively, “Promotion Entities”), are not eligible to enter or win

Studio and Prize Partner are not responsible for the collection, submission or processing of entries, the administration of the Sweepstakes or the selection of the winner. Studio is also not responsible for the fulfillment of the prize. Entrants are supplying their information to Sponsor and not to Studio or Prize Partner; but, as set forth in Rule 12 below, Sponsor may share entrants’ information with Studio unless entrant opts-out

3. How to Enter. During the Sweepstakes Entry Period, an eligible person may enter as follows, with a limit of one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method:

a. PROJECT HAIL MARY Ticket Purchase with Emagine Rewards Membership Number or Account:

Use your Emagine Rewards Membership Number when purchasing a ticket to a showing of PROJECT HAIL MARY (“Film”) at any Emagine theater during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Tickets may be purchased at www.emagine-entertainment.com or at a designated ticketing partner’s website

By completing the ticket purchase transaction, the Emagine Rewards Member (as per Sponsor’s records) will receive one (1) entry (subject to the limitation stated above). Emagine Rewards Member will only receive one (1) entry regardless of the number of Film tickets purchased or if a Film ticket is purchased as a Private Theatre Rental

No entry will be received if the Emagine Rewards Membership Number is not provided by the Emagine Rewards Member when purchasing a Film ticket at the box office or at an Automated Box Office (as applicable). For online purchase, no entry will be received if the complete Emagine Rewards Membership Number is not inputted or recorded in the designated area of www.emagine-entertainment.com or a designated ticketing partner’s transaction website

No entry will be received if the ticket purchase transaction is later voided for any reason (e.g., non-payment) or if use of the Emagine Rewards Membership Number/Account is determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, not to be in full compliance with the Terms and Conditions of the Emagine Rewards Program

No entry will be received if ticket purchase is refunded due to theatre exceeding restricted capacity limits, closure in compliance with applicable law, or closure due to any other causes beyond Sponsor’s control

Only complete and valid entries will be eligible. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant warrants that he or she has read and agrees to abide and be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor shall retain full authority, in its sole discretion, to interpret and administer these Official Rules, and entrants agree to be bound by all decisions made in good faith by Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Administrator

All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries that are late, incomplete, garbled, illegible, misdirected, lost, damaged, delayed, stolen, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules are void.

4. Winner Selection. On or about March 16th, 2026, Sponsor/Sweepstakes Administrator will randomly select one (1) entry from all eligible entries received to receive the below-defined prize (“Prize”). Decisions of the Sweepstakes Administrator and Sponsor will be final and binding.

If the potential winner does not respond within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, is found to be ineligible, does not comply with these Official Rules, or declines to accept the Prize, the potential winner may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Prize (1): “Search for the Stars” Ultimate Telescope Bundle inspired by Project Hail Mary. Approximate Retail Value: $1,500.00 USD.

6. Prize Terms & Conditions:

• Delivery is available to addresses in mainland USA only.
• Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable; no cash alternative is available.
• All prizes are subject to availability, and exact brand names/models may vary.
• If any listed item is unavailable, alternative products of equal value will be provided.
• Prize may need to be signed for upon delivery; recipient may need to provide ID.
• Winner is responsible for providing correct delivery information to Prize Provider.
• Items will be delivered to one address within mainland USA.
• Prize excludes anything not expressly listed above.
• Sponsor will endeavor to have products delivered within 30 days.
• The Prize Provider is Element London Ltd. Any personal data submitted by the winner to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with the Prize Provider’s privacy policy.

7. Odds of Winning. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

8.Claiming the Prize. The potential winner will be notified by email (if provided) and/or mail and/or phone. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected

The potential winner will be required to complete, execute, and return an Affidavit and Liability/Publicity Release within five (5) days of receipt. Failure to return these documents may result in forfeiture of the Prize

Except where prohibited by law, winner grants Sponsor the right to use winner’s name, hometown, images and likenesses for advertising and publicity purposes without further compensation.

9. Winner is responsible for all applicable local, state, and federal taxes. Sponsor or Sweepstakes Administrator may require completion of an IRS Form W-9 prior to releasing the Prize.

10. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if it believes the integrity of the Sweepstakes has been compromised due to fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond Sponsor’s control.

11. Dispute Resolution / Arbitration. Any disputes arising from this Sweepstakes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in accordance with the terms set forth in Emagine’s standard dispute resolution procedures.

12. By participating, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Promotion Entities from any liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the Prize.

13. Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at www.emagine-entertainment.com/privacy-policy.
