Emagine Rewards Platinum Membership Terms and Conditions

Thank you for joining the Emagine Rewards Platinum Membership (“Platinum”) provided by Emagine Entertainment (“Emagine,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By signing up for or using the Platinum, you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern your participation in the Platinum, including the accumulation of points, redemption for rewards, and associated benefits.

1. Eligibility

To participate in Platinum, you must be at least 13 years of age or have obtained parental consent. Platinum is available to individuals who are residents of the United States. Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Platinum is eligible at all Emagine sites except for the Minnesota sites, the Riviera Cinema Powered by Emagine, and Emagine Woodhaven.

2. Program Membership

Sign-Up: By signing up for the Emagine Rewards Platinum Membership, you must provide accurate and complete information. You must maintain your account details up to date.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

Termination: You may terminate your membership at any time by discontinuing use of Platinum. We may terminate or suspend your membership for any reason, including a violation of these Terms.

3. Membership Options, Earning Points, and Redeeming Rewards

The Emagine offers two Platinum membership options:

12-Month Platinum Membership ($350):

• 30 Platinum tickets, which are valid for all tickets except Special Events and Indian films (for Special Events and Indian films, the tickets are valid up to $16).
• Platinum Monday: 2 free tickets on the first Monday of each month.
• 200 Points upon sign-up.
• 10% off concessions.
• 10% off TreeRunner admission tickets.

6-Month Platinum Membership ($190):

• 15 Platinum tickets, which are valid for all tickets except Special Events and Indian films (for Special Events and Indian films, the tickets are valid up to $16).
• Platinum Monday: 2 free tickets on the first Monday of each month.
• 200 Points upon sign-up.
• 10% off concessions.
• 10% off TreeRunner admission tickets.

Rewards and Benefits:
By becoming a member of Platinum, you are eligible for the following rewards and benefits:

• Earning Points: You will earn 1.25 points per $1 spent on qualifying purchases, which include movie tickets, concessions, and other purchases made through the Services.
• Points Conversion: Once you accumulate 100 points, they will automatically convert to $5 in Emagine Cash, which can be redeemed for tickets and concessions.
• Expiration of Points and Emagine Cash: Points expire 365 days after they are earned unless converted to Emagine Cash. Emagine Cash expires 180 days after it is earned.
• Free Popcorn on Tuesdays: Valid for an 85oz popcorn bag only, excluding Real Butter, OlivEpop, and Specialty Popcorn (Caramel and Cheddar). Valid only on Tuesdays and not redeemable for cash.
• Free Popcorn on Your Birthday: You will receive a free popcorn on your birthday.
• Free Movie Ticket on Your Birthday: A complimentary movie ticket will be given to you on your birthday.
• Free Parking for up to 3 hours: See FAQ for more details.
• Discounted Rate for Private Events: Platinum members will receive a discounted rate for private event bookings.
• Priority Notifications: Receive priority notifications for exclusive screenings and events.
• Platinum Monday: 2 free tickets for you and a guest, valid only on the first Monday of the month.
• Exclusive Rewards: Free blanket with membership, 10% off TreeRunner admission ticket, and more.

4. Restrictions

Program Abuse: Any abuse of Platinum, including, but not limited to, the accumulation or redemption of points or Emagine Cash in violation of these Terms, may result in the termination of your membership and forfeiture of accumulated points and rewards.

Non-Transferability: Membership in Platinum, along with any associated points and rewards, is non-transferable.

5. Purchases and Transactions

All purchases made through Platinum are subject to the terms and conditions of the transaction, including the purchase of movie tickets and other goods or services.

You agree to comply with any applicable fees and terms when making a purchase.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate Platinum at any time. Any changes to Platinum, including rewards, points accumulation rates, and redemption options, will be updated on the Emagine website.

7. Privacy

By participating in Platinum, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emagine is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of rewards, points, or Emagine Cash. Emagine is also not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by participating in Platinum.

9. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, as detailed in the “Disputes/Arbitration” section of the Term and Conditions.

11. Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will remain in effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other applicable agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Emagine regarding the Program.
