EMAGINE ENTERTAINMENT INTRODUCES
DEMENTIA FRIENDLY SCREENINGS
Dementia Friendly Screenings include exclusively selected classic movies and musicals presented in a unique setting with softer sound and ambient lighting for the comfort of people living with dementia as well as their caregivers and friends. Guests are able to interact with the presentation and are encouraged to talk back, clap, tap their feet, sway, sing along, and get up and dance.
Dementia Friendly Screenings add to the list of specialty screenings at Emagine where guests can watch some of the newest film releases with an enhanced experience. Open Caption screenings provide subtitles for those with hearing impairments. Sensory Friendly Screenings provide modifications to the theatre atmosphere without modifying the film for those who experience sensory issues.
Dementia Friendly Screenings will take place once a month exclusively at Emagine Saline, Emagine Canton, Emagine Rochester Hills, Emagine Geneva Lakes, & Emagine Batavia.
Doors open at 1:15 PM and the film will begin at 2:00 PM.

$5 tickets for all Dementia Friendly Films
Concession Combo:
$5.00 for a 44 oz. Popcorn & a 20 oz. Drink
Tickets for Dementia Friendly Screening events are just $5.00 each. Concession specials are also available at each location. Tickets to each of these screening events are available online (click poster below) with the exception of Saline.
